The Senior Law Series, Inc. was established in 2003 to provide publications covering all areas of concern to senior citizens or their families in the specific area of elder law and wills, trusts and estates. The seven editions of the Florida Senior Legal Guide were written and authored by Gregory Gay, Esq. Mr. Gay is an attorney specializing in elder law and wills, trusts and estates. This publication is in its 7th edition and has not only been valuable to many senior citizens and their families but also valuable to financial planners to provide a concise explanation of significant areas of concern in elder law and wills, trusts and estates.

All prior versions and the recent 7th revision of the Senior Law Series, Florida Senior Legal Guide provides significant information on federal and Florida law.  The publication addresses major areas of concern for senior citizens and professionals who service this group of citizens. The company is expanding the distribution of this base of knowledge through distributors of "senior" publications, internet distribution as well as through groups of professionals who service this constituency.

The Census Bureau projects a U.S. population of 439 million in 2050, which is a 46% increase from 2007 (301.3 million). The age structure of this population shows approximately 12.8% will be over the age of 65 with 39 million citizens in this age group. Many within this group are concerned with the myriad of issues about sustaining a healthy life and reasonable economic means of sustenance during their later years. This group of citizens, their families and professional advisors are the group that will require the valuable information presented in the Florida Senior Legal Guide.
